  3. FUNCTION: Displays and allows changes to volume labels on disks.

  5. FORMAT:   VL [d:] [label] [/L]

  7. TYPE:     Norton Utility Version 3.0
  8.  
  9. REMARKS:  /L permits the use of lower case labels.
  10.           VL permits the volume labels to be changed on diskettes or on hard
  11.           disks. If no label is specified on the command line, the current
  12.           label on the specified disk is displayed and the user is prompted
  13.           for entry of a new one.
